In the chemical and pharma industry these are usually referred to as Certificates of Analysis or COA's. Some times these are COC's, or Certificate of Compliance. COC's usually have limited info and just state that the material that meets some specific industry standard. It might show some specific characteristics and the typical ranges for them.
The COA is usually much more detailed and reports actual test values for various characteristics of the batch. Reported values typically can vary from batch to batch so customers want the actual tes values.
In other industries, it might be referred to as a test certificate. Every industry might have their own unique term. But they are all basically the same. The data and set up for producing certs is mostly found in the QM module.
