MD's Leave mail has to trigger to External person's E-mail ID who is not in SAP

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement like, when Leave applied by Managing Director(MD), approving / information mail has to trigger to External Person E-mail ID who is out of SAP

I have created separate rule group based on "Employee subgroup" which recognize's person as 'MD' and assigned the same in WEBMO feature.

So, after the changes made in system, when MD applies leave from front-end (ESS), Mail is triggering to his mail-Id which maintained in "0150-0010" and updating the same in 2001 absences.

Now requirement is to send a copy to External person who is not in system,
