I have an item that the description is not populating on any marketing document.
I have checked the set ups
The item is active
It does not have a BOM defined
it is a serialized item
warehouses are defined properly in the item master
the description is present in the item master
It shows in the OITM table
It shows in all price list tables
The DB has not been recently updated (currently 9.0 p12)
Other similar items appear correct on the marketing documents
I checked the form settings and all are active
I have compared this item to several other similar items and they are identical in the item master
Has anyone else ever experienced this and if so, what did you find causing your issues?
