Most of the DS interviews validates the working knowledge on the different transforms used in BODS.

Otherwise based on some business requirements you need to come up with solutions.

1) It is must to have thorough knowledge about the DS transforms & functions and some basic idea on the main components of DS(repository,jobserver,admin console etc) for attending an interview.

2) SCD types

3) Real time jobs,DQ transforms,Job scheduling

The above are some sample topics which atleast a DS consultant should know..As you told we have a huge list of topics in DS
